New Patriotic Party, NPP, Parliamentary candidate aspirant for Amasaman Constituency in the Greater Accra region, Madam Muriel Nana Oye Agoe, has promised to improve the socio-economy of the people in the area when she gets the nod as MP after she sail through the primaries.
Speaking in an interview with Westafrica24.com at Sarpeiman near Amasaman, Nana Oye said she would make sure Amasaman Constituency will benefit from adequate development projects, especially good roads and quality healthcare system.
She promised to promote education and youth skill training when she is elected the MP.
Nana Oye who deals in Agricultural Machineries, also promised to provide necessary logistics for mechanize agriculture and make it attractive for the youth to take advantage of it. This she said would go a long way to alleviate unemployment in the Constituency.
She mentioned that high the rate of unemployment in the area strangulates a number of youth, which according to her will be addressed through lobbying.
To this effect, Nana Oye pledged to address the cancar (unemployment) among the youth in the Constituency when she becomes the next Member of Parliament (MP).
As a business woman she further promised to bring in investors to create more jobs in the area.
Nana Oye Agoe is contesting other four males making her the sloe female among them. They included, the Ga West Municipal Chief Executive, Nii Lamptey Wilkinson, Afrifa Mensah, isaac Kweku Mintah Sackey and Dr. Adu Boahen.
